The first activity each person undertakes upon joining the club, after introducing him or herself to the other members, is to create his or her own Personalized Development Plan with the help of a coach who accompanies him or her through the process.

Each week there is a new course and a challenge to work on during the month together with all the members of the club.

Club members have coaching circles where they can work through their challenges closely and confidentially with others who are going through similar times.
